We are being asked to save 50,000 lives by simply wearing our masks until the end of April. This is not a political request but rather a caring action for the well-being of others. That other person could be your spouse, parent, son, daughter, grandchild, neighbor, co-worker…etc. Not too much to ask. Wear the mask, wash your hands frequently, maintain social distances, and let’s care for one another!

It is amazing how some prayed for God to intervene in the past elections, yet when the results came in, they could not accept the outcome. Perhaps it’s not about faulty imperfect candidates, fraudulent election claims, or a God with bad hearing. Maybe, just maybe, God decided to insert His sovereign will. Period! God does not have to explain what He does, even if we don’t understand or disagree with Him. Perhaps, God is trying to teach us to develop the spiritual maturity to completely trust Him. Hmmm…

In my search of Scripture, I cannot find prophesies supporting a political agenda or candidate. Biblical prophecy pushes back on national depravity, corporate sinfulness, disregard for truth, and an apostate departure from the God of Israel. So, if the current utterances are not biblical, then they must be (you finish the sentence). Something to ponder!
